One year warranty on equipment manufactured by G.Q.F. Notify Manufacturer of any defective items, giving catalogue number and name of item and just what is wrong with each item. Send copy of invoice showing date of purchase. Manufacturer will send replacement or notify regarding return. Returning of items without written permission will be at owner’s expense.

Returns: Non-perishable current catalog items ordered direct from GQF may be returned within 30 days of ship date. Product must be in new condition, undamaged and unused. Product subject to a 10% restocking fee. A copy of the GQF invoice must accompany the return. Shipping charges are for buyer’s expense.

Whereas Manufacturer has no control over usage of equipment supplied it assumes no responsibility for losses or damage from this equipment other than the replacement of defective parts. No guarantee on hatchability of eggs.
